The Legal & Tax Services was founded by Miss Helen Zhang. Miss Zhang earned a Certificate in Paralegal Studies as approved by American Bar Association, Certificated in Tax Preparation, and Bonded/Registered Legal Document Assistant LDA-392.
Miss Zhang has worked as paralegal/legal assistant for law firms in Pasadena and Diamond Bar for many years. She has extensive experiences in handling in immigration issues and business transactions, also propounding of discovery in civil matters.
